Exhale HR keeps one record for every person you employ: onboarding by a link the new starter fills in, documents, DBS and right-to-work dates with expiry alerts, training, rotas, overtime and TOIL, and timesheets priced at each person’s rate. Yes. With Exhale Time & Attendance staff clock in and out on their own phone. A GPS geofence confirms they were on site, a QR code option covers shared sites, and there is no hardware to buy. Read the full guide.

The app records the clock in offline and uploads it when the phone is back in signal, so the time and place of the visit are kept. More on clocking in with no signal.

No. The location is read at clock in and clock out, and during a mileage journey if the carer starts one. It is not continuous tracking, and staff can see what is recorded.

Yes. Phone-based clocking with a geofence proves who attended, where and when without a landline call or a tag in the client’s home, and the same record feeds pay and the care notes. Electronic call monitoring and the alternative.

Yes. The staff app runs on Android and iPhone. App store listings are on the way; until then we set your staff up directly.

KCP Training Centre delivers accredited health and social care qualifications, CPD courses and Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 and Tier 2 online, with certificates filed on the staff record. We also hire out a practical training room in Liverpool.
