Three strands, one centre. Everything is delivered online through our own platform, with real assessors and internal quality assurance behind it.

The learner

Answer on screen. It saves itself. Submit the unit when it is ready.

The course workspace lists every unit and its questions. An answer is saved when you pause typing, evidence is attached where the assessor can see it, and the unit is submitted only when the learner says so. Progress is counted in answers and units.

The centre

Assessor, IQA, EQA and the office see the same record

Submissions wait for the assessor, then IQA samples inside the centre, then EQA samples for the awarding organisation. The admin dashboard counts what is waiting at each stage and what came back rejected. Batches are cohorts with a code and a start date.

The short courses live on KCP Training & Recruitment’s courses platform: around 150 in health and social care, and the rest from first aid and fire safety to management and HR. Straight answers

It is the standardised training on learning disability and autism that health and social care staff in England are expected to complete. Tier 1 covers general awareness. Tier 2 is for staff who provide care and support and may need to make decisions. We deliver both.

Enrol, study online at their own pace, complete the assessment, and the certificate is issued to them directly. There is nothing for a manager to collect or chase.

Yes. Progress and completions are visible in the platform, and if you also use Exhale HR the completion lands on the staff record with its expiry date already set.

Yes. There are separate sign in areas for learners, assessors and internal quality assurance, so each role sees what it needs without seeing everything else.

Yes, where a course needs it. We also have a practical training room in Liverpool that can be hired for sessions.
